Prior to this role, Chelsey had a distinguished career at Union Pacific Railroad from September 2007 to June 2022, where positions included Senior Manager of Fleet Distribution, Senior Manager of Fleet Strategy, Manager of M&S Training & Development, Senior Business Manager of Marketing & Sales, Manager of Shipment Management, Business Representative for Market Development & Sales, and Senior Account Manager for ShipmentVision. Chelsey's responsibilities encompassed the distribution and utilization of the UP boxcar fleet, fleet planning for owned and leased assets, development of training programs, sales management for various customers, and logistics support for commodities. Chelsey graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Doane University.
