Lavoy Golden

LaVoy Golden currently serves as General Manager Operations-Rail at ConGlobal since July 2023, following roles as Director Safety, Training & Process Excellence, and Director Safety, Training & Operations Excellence at CSX from July 2021 to July 2023. At CSX, LaVoy managed safety and performance for Automotive Distribution Centers and controlled terminal rail car activities while collaborating with automotive manufacturers. Earlier experience includes various positions at CSX Transportation Intermodal, including Operations Manager and Trainmaster, as well as roles at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. as a Conductor. LaVoy's military background as an Automated Logistic Specialist with the Georgia Army National Guard includes recognition as the 2012 GA Army National Soldier of the Year. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Georgia State University.
