Het Patel

Het Patel has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Het began their career as a Multi Unit Manager at Subway in 2019, where they managed company operations, planned daily strategies, and trained team members. In 2019, they also joined 7-Eleven as a Sales/General Manager, where they managed a team, set performance expectations, directed merchandising strategy, and resolved customer complaints. Het continued to work at 7-Eleven as a Business management/Operations manager, where they identified opportunities for performance enhancement, conducted research for critical decisions, and addressed escalated customer complaints. In 2022, Het founded their own company, ChiRaHet LLC. Het is currently working at Congo Brands as a Division Sales Manager, where they are responsible for coaching and training the sales team, developing business strategies, and building positive customer relationships.

Het Patel completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science at John Tyler Community College from 2020 to 2021. Following that, Het pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Het obtained various certifications, including "Big Data Foundations - Level 1" and "Cloud Core" from IBM in February 2023, "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile" and "Developing Your Professional Image in a New Job" from LinkedIn in September 2022 and August 2022, respectively. Het also completed certifications in project management, critical thinking, key account management, sales negotiation, managing a diverse team, and learning Linux command line from LinkedIn between 2021 and 2022. Furthermore, Het obtained a "COOL Certified" certificate from 7-Eleven in July 2021.
