Jeff Hart, CPA

Jeff Hart, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and financial reporting. Jeff most recently served as the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Congo Brands starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at Alani Nutrition from July 2022. From April 2018 to July 2022, Jeff worked at American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) as the Manager of Technical Accounting and Corporate Reporting. Earlier in their career at ACBL, they held the role of Senior Financial Accountant from November 2015 to April 2018, where they led the integration of a non-consolidated entity into the Oracle accounting system and oversaw all financial reporting for the River Transportation Division.

Before joining ACBL, Jeff founded, operated, scaled, and ultimately sold an eCommerce business called Striking Viking from April 2015 to March 2018. Additionally, they worked at Joerns Healthcare as an Assistant Controller from July 2014 to August 2015, where they managed a team and handled tax compliance, general ledger activities, and month-end close procedures. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Accountant at Joerns Healthcare from July 2010 to July 2014, where they reconciled intercompany accounts and prepared financials for auditors. Jeff began their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) from 2007 to 2008. Jeff Hart, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2009. Jeff is also a Certified Public Accountant as certified by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy.
