Mauricia Mullings-Dupont is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education and teaching roles. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since July 2021, Mauricia has previously worked as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher at Optimal Care Services and held various substitute teaching positions within the NYC Department of Education and other educational institutions. Mauricia holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, obtained between 2018 and 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Brooklyn College, completed in 2012. Additionally, Mauricia gained customer service experience as a Cocktail Waitress at Resorts World Casino New York City.

Congregation Beth Elohim, founded in 1861, is one of the fastest growing and most vibrant synagogues in New York City.
