Renee Carl

Renee Carl has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Congregation Rodeph Shalom since July 2017, following roles as Assistant Executive Director and Executive Assistant to the Director of Youth Education and Executive Director. Prior to this, Renee held the position of Retail Operations Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. from June 1998 to July 2017, where responsibilities included supporting 35 branches in the Tri-State Area, collaborating with regional and district leaders to ensure operational efficiency, and assisting with project completion and compliance through training and support.
