Human Resources

The Human Resources team at Congregation Rodeph Sholom is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws for both the congregation and its day school. The team, which includes a Human Resources Generalist, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Assistant, ensures a supportive and efficient work environment in alignment with the values of the Upper West Side Reform Congregation.
