Amy Minnich

Amy Minnich has extensive work experience in human resources. Amy currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Congregational Home, Inc., starting in February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Business Partner at QuadMed Employer Onsite Health and Wellness Centers from August 2017 to May 2019. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, Sr. at ProHealth Care from April 2012 to August 2017. Amy also gained valuable experience at ICM Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Human Resource Manager/Administrator, Human Resource Generalist/Assistant, and Human Resource Intern from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Human Resource Internship at Freedom Plastics, Inc. from November 2005 to August 2006.

Amy Minnich attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management.
