Daisy Rosa serves as the Senior Vice President of Program Operations at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, overseeing the daily functions of Healthcare Services, Education & Workforce Services, and Family & Housing Services since April 2015. Previously, Daisy held the position of Vice President of Family and Housing Services at Asociacion Puertorriquenos en Marcha from February 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included the implementation of quality assurance standards. Additionally, Daisy worked as an Independent Contractor to develop the Financial Opportunity Center program and served as Senior Vice President at Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, managing welfare-to-work initiatives from March 2000 to September 2011. Daisy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rowan University.
