Riley Horlacher, CIMA, is currently the Vice President for Congress Asset Management, focusing on the Rocky Mountain Region. Prior to this role, Riley has held various leadership positions in companies such as Carson Group, Janus Henderson Investors U.S., Highland Capital Management, L.P., Evergreen Investments, New York Life Investment Management, and ING Funds. Riley is a highly experienced professional in financial consulting and investment expertise, with a strong educational background from The Wharton School, Brigham Young University, Brigham Young University--Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
