Joaquin de Elias has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Joaquin started in 2010 as a Mesa de Entrada at the Poder Judicial de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, where they worked until 2011. In 2013, they became a Paralegal at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, providing legal support and performing tasks such as research and writing legal documents. In the same year, they also joined AV Alliance as a Member, a network of event technology rental specialists. Finally, in 2015, Joaquin became the CEO of Congress Rental, a leading technology company specializing in event services. Their responsibilities included providing high-quality services, ensuring unique event experiences, and offering full support to event organizers.
