Allison Percy

Allison Percy is currently employed at the Congressional Budget Office since June 2001. Allison holds the title of Principal Analyst in both the Health Analysis Division and National Security Division. Prior to this, Allison worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Health Services Research from July 1999 to May 2000. Allison's earlier experience includes working as a Health Financing Analyst at John Snow, Inc. from May 1988 to July 1992. Allison Percy holds a Ph.D. in Health Economics from The Wharton School, an MIA in Economic and Political Development from Columbia | SIPA, and a BA in Political Science from University at Albany, SUNY.
