Andrew Laughlin

Andrew Laughlin is a Principal Analyst at Congressional Budget Office, where Andrew analyzes health legislation for mandates, produces cost estimates, and contributes to CBO publications. Prior to this, Andrew worked at National Governors Association in the Office of Federal Relations. Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Villanova University.
