Chapin White

Chapin White is currently the Director of Health Analysis at the Congressional Budget Office. Prior to this role, Chapin served as Deputy Director at RAND Corporation, Senior Policy Researcher at RAND Corporation, Senior Health Researcher at the Center for Studying Health System Change, and Principal Analyst at Congressional Budget Office. Chapin obtained a Ph.D. in Health Policy from Harvard University and holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
