Nancy H. currently serves as the Vice President of Communications at HR Policy Association since January 2024, while also being a member of the Board of Directors at the Congressional Management Foundation, where efforts focus on enhancing trust in Congress through education and training. Citizen trust in an effective and responsive Congress is essential to democracy. Founded in 1977, the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) advances this goal by working directly with Members of Congress and staff to enhance their operations and interactions with constituents. CMF works directly with citizen groups to educate them on how Congress works, giving constituents a stronger voice in policy outcomes. The results are: a Congress more accountable, transparent, and effective; and an informed citizenry with greater trust in their democratic institutions.
