Nancy H.

Nancy H. currently serves as the Vice President of Communications at HR Policy Association since January 2024, while also being a member of the Board of Directors at the Congressional Management Foundation, where efforts focus on enhancing trust in Congress through education and training. Previously, Nancy managed global client relationships as an Independent Consultant for the Water Environment Federation and developed strategic plans for ENGAGE, which addresses bipartisan solutions for women's economic security. With extensive experience in government affairs at the Society for Human Resource Management, Nancy has shaped policies affecting a large membership base, and has a background in international child abduction cases from work at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Early experience includes serving as Legislative Counsel for U.S. Senator J. Robert Kerrey, focusing on judiciary and social services legislation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
