Meghan Mizrachi

Meghan Mizrachi is a highly experienced physical therapist currently serving as the Head Physical Therapist at Congruency Therapy & Wellness since July 2022. Prior to this role, Meghan worked at Novant Health from February 2020 to July 2022 and at Zion Physical Therapy from October 2015 to February 2020. Meghan began their career in physical therapy as an intern at NYU Rusk Rehab and as a physical therapy intern at Mount Sinai St. Luke's and Mount Sinai Roosevelt. Earlier experience includes serving as an assistant to Dr. Jordan Metzl at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Meghan holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College.
