Lucas Soucy

Lucas Soucy has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Lucas began their career in 1998 as the Manager of Operations at Trustar, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, they joined Boston Financial Data Services as an Operations Consultant for a brief period. From 2001 to 2005, Lucas served as the Director of Operations at GoldK, Inc. Lucas then moved on to Congruent Solutions, where they held various leadership positions. From 2005 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Retirement Services, overseeing the company's retirement services division. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Retirement Services, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Lucas served as the Senior Vice President for Congruent Solutions' North American operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer - North America, a role they assumed in 2022.

Lucas Soucy attended Norwich University from 1994 to 1998. During their time there, they pursued a major in History.
