Siddharth C.

Siddharth C. began their work experience in 2011 as an Associate Business Analyst at MUDHRA FINE BLANC PVT LTD, where they were responsible for quality control and assurance. Siddharth then worked at various organizations, including Isha Foundation and AIM for Seva, where they held managerial roles and taught science. In 2014, Siddharth became a Business Analyst and Training Coordinator at TAKE Academy of Life Science and Leadership Pvt. Ltd. Siddharth then worked as a Teacher of Science at Sahyadri School - India and Yoga Teacher and Consultant at Sivananda Yoga. In 2017, Siddharth joined Imagin8ors Pte. Ltd. as a Senior Business Analyst and Content Coordinator. Siddharth later moved on to Congruent Solutions in 2018, where they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst and Associate Product Manager. In their current role at Congruent Solutions, Siddharth manages a Retirement Plan Product for the US market and has successfully handled program management and implementation for Tier-1 clients. Siddharth has also been recognized for their contributions to the organization and is an active member of ToastMasters.

Siddharth C.'s education history includes a Diploma in Yoga from the Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy, which they obtained in 2015. Before that, they pursued a Professional Photography course and earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from the Light and Life Academy in Ooty between 2009 and 2010. Siddharth also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics, which they obtained from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering - Anna University between 2005 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Siddharth has obtained additional certifications. In March 2023, they completed the "Agile with Atlassian Jira" certification program offered by Coursera. Moreover, in February 2022, they have completed the "Product Management Certification Program" offered by Duke Corporate Education.
