Nadia Dugal is the General Counsel at Congruent Ventures. She has significant experience in venture capital fund legal operations from Flourish Ventures, the Omidyar Network, 500 Startups, Fenwick & West LLP, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Nadia manages the execution of Congruent’s investments, including term sheet negotiation, legal documentation drafting and review, and outside counsel management. She also manages routine legal matters for Congruent, including fund matters, employment law matters, and general legal matters.
Nadia graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Georgetown University and received her JD from the New York University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
