Shane Portfolio

Shane Portfolio, PhD, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Congruex since June 2024. Previously, Shane held the position of SVP Engineering and Technology at Charter Communications from November 2022 to June 2024 and spent nearly 26 years at Comcast, culminating as SVP Network Services. Shane's extensive experience encompasses leadership roles in engineering operations, technical operations, and national network operations, overseeing significant capital budgets and large teams. This includes a notable tenure in the US Army, where Shane served as a Platoon Sergeant and Leadership Instructor. Academically, Shane holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Organizational Leadership from National University and a Master's in Information and Communications Technology from the University of Denver.
