Felix Olms

Felix Olms is an experienced professional in service operations and service IT, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations & Service IT at congstar since October 2009. Previously, Felix held roles such as Head of Service Operations and Manager Dienstleistersteuerung TeleSales at the same company, and worked as Manager Dienstleistersteuerung TeleSales at Tele2 from November 2006 to October 2009. Felix began a career in key account management at KW Trainingszentrum GmbH from September 2005 to November 2006.
