Verónica Becher

Verónica Becher is a Titular Professor at the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, Universidad de Buenos Aires, where they focus on discrete mathematics and theoretical computer science. They are currently involved as an associate editor for multiple journals, including the Journal of Complexity and the Journal of Symbolic Logic, and serve on the editorial board of Ediciones Exactas and the Journal of Combinatorics and Number Theory. Verónica leads research on randomness and probabilistic analysis of algorithms, holding positions as a principal researcher at CONICET and as team leader for IRP SINFIN. They are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Science at The University of British Columbia.
