Chloe Phillips

Chloe Phillips, MHA, RHIA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health information management and revenue cycle operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Coding and CDI at Conifer Health Solutions since November 2016, Chloe provides strategic leadership and insights across assigned locations to enhance revenue cycle processes. Previously held the position of System Director of Middle Revenue Cycle at Brookwood Baptist Health, overseeing health information management and revenue integrity within an integrated delivery system. Earlier roles include Director positions at Physicians Medical Center Carraway and Jacksonville Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed health information management and revenue integrity in acute care settings. Chloe began their career as Supervisor of HIM & APC Coordinator at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
