Gautham Ravi

Gautham Ravi has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and leadership roles. Gautham is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Conifer Health Solutions since August 2021. Previously, they worked at Cognizant for over 12 years, where they held various positions, including Director of Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering Leader. In these roles, Gautham spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, led multi-disciplinary teams, and implemented cutting-edge technologies to reimagine legacy systems. Gautham also played a key role in integrating a section of Cognizant into a recently acquired Digital Native firm and led software guilds and communities. Prior to Cognizant, Gautham worked as the Performance Test Manager at Comcast, where they managed and delivered performance testing services for over 30 applications. Gautham was also the Performance Architect for Lloyds Banking Group. Before joining Comcast, Gautham worked at Cognizant as a Performance Architect and Software Engineer, where they provided reliable and scalable solutions to clients. Gautham began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Megasoft, working with Java and Microsoft technologies. Gautham holds a consistent track record of leading high-performing teams, managing budgets and revenue, and contributing to business development and talent management.

Gautham Ravi obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering from 1997 to 2000.
