Rosa Chiacchierarelli

As Conifer’s senior compliance officer, Rosa leads the compliance and ethics program, which includes coding and revenue cycle compliance, consumer protections, and value-based care compliance. She has more than 20 years of experience implementing and managing effective compliance and privacy programs, with deep knowledge from multiple perspectives, including the health system, hospitals, and physician practices.

Before joining Conifer, Rosa served as a Compliance Group Lead for Tenet Health Care hospitals in the Southern California region, guiding day-to-day compliance program implementation at the hospital level. Prior to that, she was a compliance leader for national health systems, where she led compliance program initiatives and developed a wide-ranging understanding of compliance.

Rosa is a long-standing member and past speaker of the Health Care Compliance Association, and holds certifications from that organization in both Healthcare Privacy Compliance and Healthcare Compliance.
