Stephanie Wheeler

Stephanie oversees all Conifer Human Resources day-to-day operations including talent acquisition, field support, Performance, HR analytics, HR systems and labor relations. As part of Conifer’s executive leadership, Stephanie recommends human resources best practices and perspective on company policy.

Stephanie joined Conifer in 2015 as an HR Director and brings more than 27 years of HR experience to her role including stints at Zale Corporation, Target, Raytheon and McKesson. Most recently, she served as Director of HR Field Support leading 19 HR professionals in servicing Conifer’s 10,000 employee base.

Stephanie is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
