Roxann Gendron

Roxann Gendron joined Conifer in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Controller for Residential Property Management. Her responsibilities include items such as residential accounting, accounts payable, security deposits, and utilities.

Roxann started at Conifer as a Residential Accounting Manager and was promoted to Controller in 2011. Roxann has received multiple recognitions for her hard work and contributions to the organization, including the 2011 Conifer Emerald Award of Excellence, and the 2021 Property Management MVP Excellence Award.

Roxann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
