Sam Leone

Sam Leone joined Conifer in 2007 and currently serves as President. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, culture, growth, overall management of the company, and overseeing strategic growth opportunities, including new development, strategic partnerships, and investment. As President, he also leads the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This group is responsible for developing and spearheading Conifer’s strategic plan and associated initiatives while cultivating a collaborative culture that encourages leaders to rise at every level of the company. Sam also leads the executive-level relationship with Conifer’s construction partner, Conifer-LeChase Construction.

Throughout his 15-year tenure at Conifer, Sam has overseen more than 60 new developments, comprised of 5,000+ homes across four states. He has tirelessly promoted a collaborative and integrative approach to Affordable Housing, ensuring that all facets of Development, Construction, Ownership, and Management are optimized for success. Sam was honored by his peers in 2008 with the Conifer Outstanding Achievement Award.
