Timothy D. Fournier

Timothy D. Fournier serves as Chairman and a Principal of Conifer Realty, LLC, a nationally ranked, full-service real estate company headquartered in Rochester, NY that specializes in the development, construction, management, and ownership of high-quality, affordable housing communities. From 2006 to 2020, Mr. Fournier served as Chief Executive Officer, leading a team of more than 600 employees in the development and construction of several new projects, in addition to the management and ownership of more than 220 apartment communities, consisting of nearly 15,000 multi-family units in four states.

Mr. Fournier has served in numerous executive roles for the company throughout his more than 35-year career. In addition to Chief Executive Officer, he also served as President of the organization from 2006 to 2019; Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2005; Executive Vice President of Conifer Realty Corporation from 1996 to 2000; and Vice President of Finance for Conifer Development, Inc. from 1986 to 1995.
