Andrew Metrailer is a seasoned patent attorney and intellectual property counselor at Conley Rose PC, where work since September 2010 as a shareholder involves helping clients secure, protect, and maximize the value of their intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. With extensive experience prosecuting hundreds of patents across various jurisdictions, Andrew has served a diverse clientele from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this role, Andrew held associate positions at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Baker Botts, focusing on intellectual property matters. Andrew's educational background includes a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and master's and bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Notre Dame, respectively.
