Thiago Jannuzzi

Thiago Jannuzzi serves as the National Teams Competitions General Manager at CONMEBOL since September 2021, overseeing all national teams competitions, including men's, women's, youth, futsal, and beach soccer events. Jannuzzi holds additional roles as the Chief Operating Officer for the CONMEBOL Copa America 2024 and has recently acted as Match Director for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Indonesia 2023™. Previous experience includes a Match Coordinator role during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and significant positions with the CBF, where responsibilities included managing competitive events, commercial strategies, and youth football development initiatives. Jannuzzi's educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Sports Management from Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
