Anand Srinivasan

Anand Srinivasan's work experience begins in 1998 as a Business Process Specialist at PeopleSoft Consulting. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Lead Systems Analyst at CME Group. In 2005, they joined Rogers Corporation as an IT Director, leading a global team and overseeing strategic planning for Enterprise Applications. During their time at Rogers Corporation, they also served as the Interim CIO for a period of 6 months. Currently, Anand is working as a Senior IT Director at CONMED Corporation, where they are responsible for managing various aspects of IT, including infrastructure, security, compliance, user support, and program management. Anand has also led a significant business transformation at CONMED Corporation, establishing processes, structure, framework, and a contract negotiation strategy. Anand has a strong focus on IT organizational design, talent recruitment, and internal restructuring.

Anand Srinivasan has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron. Anand also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Engineering from the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training in India.
