Andrew Draybuck

Andrew Draybuck, PMP, is a seasoned professional in packaging engineering and operations with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Packaging Operation and Sustaining Engineering at CONMED Corporation since July 2017, Andrew has focused on orthopedic new product packaging design, mergers and acquisitions packaging due diligence, cost savings, and process redesigns. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Board Member at United Packaging Associates and worked at West Pharmaceutical Services for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included developing and validating manufacturing equipment, introducing new packaging materials, and enhancing production quality. Early career experience includes an internship at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, where initiatives were led to reduce packaging materials and prototype universal designs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University, obtained in 2008.
