César Alberto Calderón Sánchez

César Alberto Calderón Sánchez has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. César Alberto started their career at PIMS as a Production Supervisor, where they supervised a team of operators and implemented layout designs for new production lines. César Alberto then worked at Lutron Electronics as a Production Supervisor, overseeing multiple production lines and analyzing SMT/THI processes for scrap reduction. César also completed a professional internship at Lutron Electronics, where they coordinated a project on continuous improvement.

Later, César joined CONMED Corporation as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they managed quality activities in the Electronics department and supervised production lines. César Alberto then transitioned into the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible for supplier development, audits, and evaluation of new supplier materials.

In their most recent role at CONMED Corporation, César serves as the Lead Project Manager, facilitating the New Product Introduction Process (NPIP) and ensuring compliance with requirements for new products. César Alberto also schedules and coordinates meetings, timelines, and status updates for upper management.

Throughout their career, César has shown a strong focus on achieving company objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. César Alberto has developed skills in team supervision, process improvement, and supplier quality management.

César Alberto Calderón Sánchez earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua. César Alberto attended the institute from 2009 to 2014.
