Chabu Kashito

Chabu Kashito has a diverse work experience in the medical technology industry. Chabu began their career at Stryker as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2009, and later transitioned to the role of Process Engineer in 2012. In 2015, they were promoted to Staff Manufacturing Engineer before leaving the company in 2016.

Chabu then joined Stryker Orthopedics as an Associate Sourcing Manager in 2016 and worked there until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in sourcing and procurement.

In 2018, Chabu moved to CONMED Corporation, where they served as a Sourcing Manager. Chabu demonstrated their skills and expertise in this role, leading him to be promoted to PMO Director - Sourcing Excellence in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director Strategic Sourcing at CONMED Corporation, utilizing their strategic and leadership skills to oversee sourcing operations and drive business strategies.

Chabu Kashito completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Western Michigan University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Andrews University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Chabu Kashito also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016.
