Terence M. Bergé

TERENCE M. BERGÉ joined the Company in June 1998 as Assistant Corporate Controller and served as the Company’s Treasurer from March 2008 through March 2015. In March 2013, Mr. Berge’s title was changed to Corporate Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Controller. On April 1, 2015, Mr. Berge was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Berge was employed by Price Waterhouse LLP from 1991 through 1998 where he served most recently as an audit manager. Mr. Berge is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
