Alexandra Schwenke

Alexandra Schwenke has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Alexandra started their career as an Assistant Intern at PICCININI & PARTNERS | Studio Legale | Law Offices in 2008. Alexandra then worked as a Public Relations Intern at Pro Familia Landesverband Hamburg e.V. in 2009. In 2011, they served as a Guide at Aba Logistics GmbH and later became an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Olle's. Alexandra also worked as a Waitress at the same restaurant.

In 2014, Alexandra worked as an Assistant Teacher with a focus on Epistemology at the University of Hamburg. From 2016 to 2016, they were a Customer Service Representative at CASAMUNDO.

In 2017, Alexandra joined LTC Language Training Center GmbH as a Training Manager and later became a Training and Key Account Manager. Alexandra was responsible for leading a group of training managers and managing language training offerings for a specific client in Germany.

In 2019, Alexandra joined Mercer Deutschland GmbH as a Solution Consultant, where they contributed to HCM Core, Talent & Performance, and Learning Workday deployments. Alexandra also engaged in business development activities and conducted trainings for customers. Alexandra was later promoted to Professional Solution Consultant and Senior Consultant, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading project work streams, managing budgets, and being the main point of contact for clients.

Most recently, in 2022, Alexandra started working at ConMendo GmbH as a Project Manager.

Alexandra Schwenke received their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and History of Art from the University of Hamburg, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London from 2009 to 2010, focusing on Arabic studies. In 2008 to 2009, they attended the Scuola di Italiano at A door to Italy, where they studied Italian. Alexandra also completed their high school education at St. Leonards School in St. Andrews from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Alexandra obtained several certifications related to Workday. Alexandra received the Workday Expenses certification in October 2021, the Workday Learning certification in March 2021, the Workday Launch certification in January 2020, and the Workday Talent & Performance Management certification in September 2019. Additionally, they obtained the Workday HCM Core certification in August 2019.
