Judy Minik

Judy Minik has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Judy served as the CFO, VP Finance, & CIO at Conn-Selmer, Inc. from 2005 to the present. Judy was also a Board Advisor at AMES TRUE TEMPER, INC. from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Finance & CFO at Ames True Temper from 1996 to 2005. Judy started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG from 1988 to 1991. In addition, Judy Minik has also held various board positions, including the Board Of Directors at Conn-Selmer Musical Instrument Tianjin Co., Ltd. from 2018 to the present, the Board Of Directors at Conn-Selmer (Yi-Chang) Musical Instruments Distribution Ltd. from 2009 to 2018, and the Board Of Directors at Ludwig Australia Pty., Ltd. from 2013 to 2016. Judy Minik earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1988. Judy then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2000.
