Michael Mann

Michael Mann has a diverse work experience in the field of trumpet. Michael started as an Instructor of Trumpet at Indiana State University from August 2007 to May 2009. In 2009, they became a Vincent Bach Artist/Clinician at Conn-Selmer, Inc. From August 2012 to July 2023, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Trumpet at the Bass School of Music, Oklahoma City University and also played the trumpet in the Oklahoma City Brass Quintet during the same period. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Professor of Trumpet at Texas A&M International University, starting from July 2023.

Michael Mann's education history includes a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Michael then pursued a Master of Music in Trumpet from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained a Doctor of Musical Arts in Trumpet from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
