Carol Briceno

Carol Briceno has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Carol started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Encana Corporation in 2002 and worked there until 2003. In 2003, they joined Cenovus Energy as a Conventional Gas & Oil Production Accountant and later transitioned into the role of Oil Sands Production Accountant in 2012. From 2014 to 2017, Carol served as an Operational Accounting Solutions Analyst at Cenovus Energy. In 2018, they joined Torxen as a Senior Production Accountant and worked there until 2023. Currently, Carol holds the position of Senior Production Accountant at Connacher Oil and Gas Ltd.

Carol Briceno began their education in 1992 at UNIFE, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Carol attended UNIFE for four years, completing their degree in 1996. In 2001, they enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and earned a certificate in CAPPA in 2002. Carol later returned to SAIT in 2006 and completed a certificate in Financial Accounting in 2008.
