Sarah Gallagher

Sarah Gallagher currently serves as the People & Development Manager at Connacht Rugby, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah was with Bord na Móna, first as Head of People Development from October 2020 to August 2025 and earlier as HR Manager. Experience also includes serving as HR Business Partner at Gas Networks Ireland and Bord Gáis Energy, along with HR Manager roles at Eddie Stobart. Sarah began the HR career as an HR Specialist at OCS One Complete Solution and progressed through various HR positions, including HR Officer and HR Administrator at Quinn Direct Insurance. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Studies in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Limerick, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English & Geography from the University of Galway.
