Willie Ruane

Willie Ruane has held various positions throughout their career. Willie started as an Investment Advisor at Bank of Ireland Asset Management in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Willie then joined Anglo Irish Bank as a Lending Manager from 2000 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Ulster Bank where they held the positions of Senior Manager in the Global Restructuring Group and Director in the Business Restructuring Group. Since 2014, they have been the CEO of Connacht Rugby.

Willie Ruane attended Garbally College for their early education. Willie later pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Waterford Institute of Technology.
