Omer Cohen

Omer Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Omer is currently working at Connatix, where they started as the Director of Revenue Operations in February 2021 and later promoted to the role of Senior Director. In their current position, Omer is responsible for overseeing revenue operations and ensuring efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Connatix, Omer worked at Verint for a significant period of time. Omer started as a Navy Operational Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from March 2006 to December 2008, where they managed complex projects and coordinated operations in an intensive working environment.

After their military service, Omer joined InTeam Ltd. in December 2011, where they served as a PMO. In this role, they participated in various projects involving the implementation of technology and business processes, primarily focused on CRM implementation and related business processes.

In 2013, Omer joined Verint and held multiple roles over the years. Omer initially worked as a Planner & Infrastructure specialist, where they were responsible for planning and controlling inventory levels and supplies. Omer then transitioned into the role of Project Team Lead, managing cross-operational improvement projects and ensuring deliverables to global security customers. Finally, they became an Operations Manager, leading annual project deliveries of $70M and coordinating between global sales and operations teams.

Throughout their career, Omer has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in project management, operations, and revenue optimization. Their experience spans across different sectors, showcasing their adaptability and capability to excel in diverse environments.

Omer Cohen studied at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
