Rick Kelly

Rick Kelly has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Rick started their career at Nabisco in 1997 as a Systems Developer, where they worked until 1999. Rick then joined Kubinski Business Systems as a Systems Analyst/Programmer until 2004. From 2004 to 2014, Rick worked at Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit 5, initially as a System Coordinator and later as the Supervisor of Technology. Since 2014, they have been employed as the Technology Director at Conneaut School District.

Rick Kelly earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in the years 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the same institution, though the dates are unknown.
