Rachel Bubman has a diverse range of work experience that spans over several industries. Rachel has held various roles in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Manager at Earthbar, a health and wellness bar in Los Angeles. Rachel then transitioned to being a Human Resources Business Partner at Zankou Chicken, a fast-casual restaurant chain. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Nfinity Athletic, where they focused on full-cycle recruiting and employee relations. Rachel then moved on to become a Director of Human Resources at Connect Airlines, a charter and scheduled service airline. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, payroll administration, legal compliance, and benefit plan management. Prior to their HR roles, Rachel also gained experience as an Academic Advisor, teaching assistant, and health education intern. With a strong background in HR and a track record of building HR frameworks, Rachel has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the organizations they have worked for.
Rachel Bubman earned a Certificate of Completion in Vocals from the Los Angeles Music Academy in 2004. From 2006 to 2011, they attended California State University, Northridge, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree. Rachel'sfield of study at California State University, Northridge focused on Organizational Psychology, specifically Development, Learning, and Instruction, as well as Psychology.
