Alessandra Paradowski

Alessandra Paradowski, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Connect for Health Colorado since July 2023. With extensive experience in project management, Alessandra previously worked at FlexJobs and Edison Interactive, managing development initiatives for consumer-facing web properties and leading product teams, respectively. During tenure at Edison Interactive, responsibilities included overseeing product management, facilitating national launches, and optimizing team processes. Additionally, Alessandra has a background in law enforcement as a Police Officer with the City of Arvada, demonstrating strong decision-making and organizational skills. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
