Dorian Wilson

Dorian Wilson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Connect for Health Colorado since October 2021, Dorian oversees a team responsible for benefits, generalist functions, and payroll, while advising departmental heads on key HR topics. Prior roles include National Director of Human Resources at Grease Monkey International, LLC, where Dorian led HR integration efforts during multiple acquisitions, and Interim People Operations Manager at Lone Peak Dental Group, providing strategic HR oversight for a network of dental offices. Additionally, Dorian has held various HR positions at Arrow Electronics, Centura Health, OmniTRAX, Inc., and Target, all contributing to a robust background in human resources management and operational leadership.
