Alexander Mateo has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Alexander began as a Data Entry Operator at Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc. in 2010. In 2013, they moved on to become an Admin Assistant and Document Controller at Synergy Extreme Contact Solution. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Backoffice FZ, LLC as a Document Scanning Project, HSBC Bank, Dubai Media City, Data Entry Operator, Document Tagging and Quality Controller. In 2018, they joined TASC Outsourcing as a Document Controller. Since 2020, they have been the Head of Back Office at Connect Resources, Connect Group, Connect Freelance, and ConnectHR.

Alexander Mateo attended Pangasinan State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
