Johanne M.

Johanne M. has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Johanne began their career at Momentum Instore in 2010 as an Account Manager. Johanne then moved to Morrisons in 2011, where they worked as a Retail Project Coordinator/Manager until 2015. Johanne also held the position of IT Project Manager at Morrisons from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they joined Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate as an IT Project Manager before being promoted to Head of Technical Department in 2019. Currently, they work at Connect Health as the Head of IM&T Delivery, starting in 2023.

Johanne M. pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in IT and Public Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completing it between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Unconscious Bias, and Humble Leadership from LinkedIn Learning in 2021.
