Peter Stabler has over 27 years of experience in various HR roles. Peter is currently the Head of People and Development at Connect Health, where they lead business partnering, organizational development, and learning in the health sector. Prior to this, they were the Head of People Partnering and Experience at Hays Travel, responsible for driving the people strategy and delivering customer excellence. Peter has also held significant HR positions at ReddeNorthgate Plc, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Liberata UK Ltd, One NorthEast, and North Yorkshire County Council, where they managed HR functions and provided strategic guidance. Peter'sexpertise lies in change management, transformation, data analytics, and creating innovative HR solutions.

Peter Stabler completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership from Leeds University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied Human Resources at Teesside University from 1990 to 1994.
